Dr. Noelle Scuderi is the Director of the Online Masters in Organizational Psychology program, overseeing admissions, student advising, and Capstone projects, as well as teaching in the program. She received her Ph.D. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from George Washington University with research efforts focused on leadership, teams, follower attitudes and organizational outcomes. Dr. Scuderi has taught courses in Social Psychology, I/O Psychology, and Research Methods in various modalities including face-to-face, online, and hybrid formats prior to joining the faculty at UHart. Her undergraduate degrees were in both Psychology (B.S.) and Business Administration/Human Resource Management (B.A.), and she worked in both Human Resources and University Career Services prior to pursuing her Ph.D. in I/O Psychology.
